UBB Classic

It's probably not the ultimate bulletin board of all bulletin boards, but Infopop's UBB Classic has many of the core features expected from a Perl forum software package that's been around since 1996. A variety of templates and graphics customization options are available. Purchasers also get the benefit of e-mail and web-based support. Depending on the license, pricing ranges from around $200 to $700.
